The Assembly is governed by a five-member Board of
Trustees. The Board makes all KFCA
policy decisions, approves the budget, and works with the President and
Staff. The Board has regularly scheduled monthly meetings, (special meetings are called as necessary) to review community needs
and vote on various issues such as the budget, changes or additions to
the governing documents, contract and service provider selections, etc.
regular meeting also features an open forum, where residents can
address the Board on a topic of their choice.
The Assembly operates
under an annual budget approval process. With the exception of any
executive sessions held to discuss personnel or legal issues, all Board
of Trustees meetings are open to every Citizen of King Farm.
